GREAT ORME TRAMWAY

The Great Orme Tramway is Britain's only cable-hauled public road tramway and has been in operation since 1902.

The Tramway climbs a mile up the Great Orme Country Park and Nature Reserve. The journey begins at Victoria Station then climbs to the Halfway Station. On changing trams at the Halfway Station the journey continues to the Summit.

The tramcars have been restored over the years and each is named after a Saint.
